Meet our team of nonprofit digital marketers

During that time, she grew the organization’s social media following by 2600% and tripled the size of the supporter database. She also led a marketing campaign to successfully convince the world to vote for the organization’s founder as the 2015 CNN Hero of the Year award.
A self-proclaimed data geek, Patty is forever crunching numbers and studying spreadsheets. She loves putting systems into place to help teams work more efficiently.
A graduate of Yale University, Patty lives in Boulder, Colorado.
Julia Taylor (Molinaro), Digital Marketing Director
Julia is a graduate of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. She spent two years working in Nepal for the BlinkNow Foundation as Communications Director, where she created content, managed the organization's social media presence, and dove into analytics to grow and engage its community of supporters around the world.
She also spent two years working for the Voyageur Outward Bound School in Minnesota, instructing month-long canoeing and backpacking expeditions for at-risk youth.
Julia joined the Purpose Collective team in May 2020. When she's not in the office, she can be found outside: hiking, biking, paddling, or skiing, depending on the season. She currently lives in Burlington, Vermont.
